About the author
Thomas Glavinic was born in Graz in 1972. In 1998 his debut, Carl Haffner's Love of the Draw, was released. It was followed up by Night Work (2006), Das bin doch ich (2007), Das Leben der Wünsche (2009) and Das grössere Wunder (2013) among others. His novels Der Kameramörder (2001) and Pull Yourself together (2004) have been adapted for the beig screen. Thomas Glavinic has received several prices and awards, most recently the literature ward of the Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft. His novels have been translated into 18 different languages. He lives in Vienna.
